About Us

Seasons of Hope Center (SOHC) is a non-profit interdenominational program ministering to people with life controlling problems. SOHC is a standardized program which is financially an entity of its own and governed by a local Board of Directors. It is not underwritten by any organization or agency. SOHC is a structured Christian based centered program to achieve a Living Free lifestyle. SOHC will concentrate on people with the desire to overcome drug/alcohol habits, emotional problems and/or behavioral problems. SOHC offers a safe place for the participant to restructure their life through Jesus Christ. Our goal is to biblically lead a person into the freedom of a productive lifestyle based on the whole person: spiritually, physically, mentally, socially, and educationally so that his person can become a productive, active individual within our community and church. Bible studies, working to achieve GED's and working skills will be a major part of the program. We will incorporate equine horse therapy. Participants will learn about themselves and others by participating in activities with the horses, and then processing or discussing feelings, behaviors and patterns. This approach has the added advantage of utilizing horses, dynamic and powerful living beings.
