The success of Seasons of Hope Center is driven by leadership that balances organizational excellence with a personal commitment to those we serve. Our Executive and Program Directors bring together a wealth of experience in non-profit operations, education, and ministry to ensure that our programs are not only effective but truly life-changing. By aligning our operational growth with high-impact, resident-centered programming, our leadership team ensures that we remain a beacon of hope and healing in the Pineywoods.

Executive Director - Paige Pate

Paige brings a deep, lifelong commitment to the non-profit arena to her work at Seasons of Hope Center. Since stepping into the role of Executive Director in 2019, she has combined her background at Family Promise of Collin County and The Mosaic Center with a passion for building systems that foster healing and stability. Under her leadership, the Center has seen a steady increase in capacity, supported by a more robust board, a growing donor base, and successful fundraising initiatives. Looking ahead, Paige is focused on fulfilling the Center’s vision for campus growth, including the development of additional on-site housing and a new multipurpose building.

Program Director - Robin Castillo

With a lifelong commitment to nurturing others, Robin Castillo brings a rich tapestry of experience to her role as Program Director at Seasons of Hope Center. Before joining us in Fall 2023, Robin served in various educational environments and dedicated 12 years to leading children's ministry—experiences that deeply inform her compassionate approach to our programs. A longtime volunteer for local nonprofits, Robin has seamlessly stepped into her leadership role, where she has streamlined our curriculum and cultivated a supportive environment that helps every resident reach their full potential.

Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC)

Stephanie Crager, LCDC, serves as our Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, playing a pivotal role in the healing journey of our residents. Her work focuses on trauma-informed care, helping women identify and process the deep-rooted hurts that often fuel addiction. A lifelong resident of Angelina County, Stephanie brings a profound commitment to our local community. Her path to counseling is a testament to her dedication; she successfully balanced a career in real estate while completing her rigorous clinical studies, all while maintaining a consistent spirit of volunteerism. Today, she applies that same perseverance and professional expertise to help the women of Seasons of Hope Center find lasting recovery.
